2 dilapidated houses on 1 lot. A project full of surprises that no-one else even considered taking on. Destined for demolition, we saw an opportunity to bring these houses back to life. We worked closely with the city of Waynesboro and our surveyor to separate the homes onto 2 lots. After 20+ roll-off dumpsters of trash and demolishing half of the front house due to water damage, the actual renovations were finally ready to begin. But before we could start, another curveball came at us when we found out the the property only had 1 water/sewer tap. 1 excavator, 2 trenches, and a ton of rock later, the back house had its own dedicated water and sewer service. Now, after several months of intensive renovation, these completely remodeled houses are almost ready for new owners.
